Fiscally Motivated

In an attempt to save a few debt dollars I decided to order the Burrito Grande at the Blue Iguana restaurant the other night. This burrito could have lasted for three meals, although that wasn't my motivation. They offered free dessert if you could eat it all in one sitting. I was disheartened when they brought it to the table. This thing was HUGE. Feeling defeated already I just decided to concede and eat what I could. I gained confidence as a nearby table offered praise and encouragement with my progress. What was supposed to be a nice quiet evening turned into me versus the BURRITO. Needless to say, I won. But in winning I also lost the ability to eat the dessert and stand up straight. Jen enjoyed the dessert on my behalf.

Scott - looks like you conquered it all! Congratulations! Were you able to sleep that night?
I'm glad Jennifer was able to help
eat the dessert (she needs a little baby fat right now - just kidding!) - Thanks for the post!

I would have finished it.... Ya'll know Austin when it comes to burritos in Utah restaurants.
