As modern as it gets

Scott set the camera on the piano today while I was gone and took this short video of Kate's piano performance. The song, entitled "Dada," illustrates some important musical principles:

1. Silence is as important as sound.
2. Look up at your music every now and then.
3. Don't ever forget your audience. (Although not to the point of distraction, so maybe she isn't the best example of this principle.)
4. It's ok to hum or moan while you play - if you're a great artist, you can get away with it.

She will be needing an agent soon. You'll probably have to move to Southern California for the residency. Not sure I like where this is heading.

What a cute video! I love how she
tries to look into the camera and is so easily distracted. She will
love this when she's an adult. Thanks for posting!
